Boruto: Naruto Next Generations is getting down to business, and finally unraveling the next adventure for Boruto Uzumaki and the rest of the gang. Currently, the anime centers Boruto and the rest of the ninja-in-training in their Academy days. As the key visual released, it is speculated that the anime will enter the retelling of Boruto: Naruto The Movie.
@AnimeLab posted the key visual photo on Twitter, teasing fans over the next arc for Boruto. As seen below, Boruto with his war face on, casting his Rasengan with Mitsuki and Sarada on the left, and Naruto and Sasuke on the right. It is professed that the anime will tackle a much more in-depth discussion of the recent Boruto movie, and will enlighten questions over the real background and story of the Otsutsuki Clan.

Previously, Kakashi was seen instilling the true ninja way to Boruto the hard way. As the exams for the ninja-in-training continues, will Boruto finally discover his resolve? As seen in the preview below, Kakashi repeatedly reminding Boruto that he can’t be a ninja if he can’t find his resolve.
Furthermore, Kakashi blamed Boruto on how lowly the students understood what being a ninja truly is, and stressed Boruto’s influence as the primary suspect. “How would you know anything about me?!” Boruto in response to Kakashi’s allegations.
Although it may appear such a rough time for Boruto, putting his ninja reputation on the line, fans should not worry as the manga confirmed that he would soon get his ninja badge.
